Please just give me 3 months notice to come up with all initial ideas and materials so that we can work effectively and efficiently to create something special just for you... Any extra specific requirements or materials, depending on sourcing things, delivery times etc, we may need to negotiate around more specific times if it should run over this 3 month timescale. Please expect orders made to arrive between 3 and 5 months approximately. Any changes or alterations will be made clear at the beginning of our customer relations and things looked at and discussed professionally and at a negotiable standard before any quotes or final transactions are made. Once we have your order made to your satisfaction, we will ask for at least half a deposit to secure this order. No unreasonable adjustments will be considered after this point and we will ask for final payment before we dispatch.
